Development Steps

FuneralNet employs dedicated client service representatives to manage each development project. At each development step, the client is notified via e-mail (and telephone or fax as necessary). Each project has six steps associated with it that involve client contact:

1. Site Registration
2. Client Content (text, pictures, logos)
3. Initial Site Review by Client and Changes
4. Final Changes and Final Site Review
5. Internet Marketing Plan
6. Continuing Customer Service Features (Visitor Reporting and Feedback)

Client participation is necessary during the development process. It will be the responsibility of the client to provide content copy for the site in digital format and to deliver materials to FuneralNet for scanning, such as logos, pictures, graphics, etc. It is the client's responsibility to provide these materials in a timely manner in order to expedite the development of the site.

Client requests after the initial site has been reviewed are handled quickly- most often 24 hours. Average response times are listed below:
